Promotions:

Advertising other hosts is strictly forbidden. You may advertise your game servers in the appropriate channels. We make no guarantees that promotion codes will remain valid for their listed time period.

Unmetered storage policy:

All game plans come with unlimited bandwidth and unmetered storage. All storage is fair use. We reserve the right to suspend, hold or remove files if storage is misused or overused. A general guideline for storage capacity is 5GB of disk per 1GB of RAM on budget and 10GB of disk per 1GB of RAM on premium.

If we find you are using our services for illegal activities (EG, DDoSing or a Torrenting hub), we reserve the right to terminate your service without a refund.

Automated Billing:

All services are on automated billing until a cancellation request is submitted; any cancellation requests made void any responsibility to make any further payments to the related service unless specified otherwise by contract or written agreement. By default, your server will suspend after 1 day of late payment. After 14 days, all files will be lost. We hold no responsibility for any form of file loss.

Cracked server policy:

We have made the decision to allow cracked servers on our network. We will not provide any support aside from billing and panel access as that is our minimal obligation.

SLA agreement:

If the node(s) you are on fall under 99% uptime for any given month, you are applicable for 10x the value of the downtime in account credit.

Refunds and cancellations:

Only the initial purchase is eligible for a refund, recurring or secondary payments are not eligble for reversal of funds. Recurring payments are set up by default on every service upon purchase unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to withhold a transaction fee of upto 3.5% + 30p on routine transactions. We reserve the right to deny a reversal of funds for any reason, some of which may include (but are not limited to) fraud, chargebacks and excess refund requests. Each user is limited to a one refund of any service (Managed dedicated servers and custom orders are non refundable) within a 12 month period. There are NO exceptions to this rule. Any requests for a refund made after 24 hours will be denied. Payments made with cryptocurrency are non refundable. If an account is found to challenge or dispute a payment, their account will immediatly be terminated and a refund will not be issued, even if the customer was previously eligble for a refund before opening the dispute. We reserve the right to deny a refund for any reason on a scenario by scenario basis. This is extremely rare but may include but is not limited to instances of suspected creation of multiple accounts to abuse to refund policy or to evade a service ban.
